<p>Since day one, I ordered the full package of adsl including land lines, it took about 3 months to get the technicians to come install it, Kept on calling, they tell me about problems they experiencing and not a single day did they bother to call me back and updtate me. After installing it I experience problems with the connection which took about 3 weeks to fix. I keep calling, they tell me about cases that are handed over to technicians, it even sounded like these technicians do not know **** about what they doing, they take weeks to fix a simple problem as if they not experienced. A week later after that was fixed, I experience another connection problem! And now they debit my money after i have paid their expense, i tell them i want my money back they tell me im only getting it after a week. Mother****ers!!!! Had the ****tiest experience with telkom, and ever since they sourced out, they have been offering the most ****ed up service with clueless agents! </p>
