Telkom is ****ed up, i regret the day i took contract with them, first my Router had no network i went to rosebank they didn't help me..... i decided i want to cancel my contract they told me i cant its to wait for the 24 months to cancel. i did that now my contract has expired they are still debiting money from my account. i called to ask they told me im on a month to month bases i mean who told me about that, i dont want that i want my contract cancelled. when to melrose telkom to cancel, they told me someone will give me call. i waited finally they called i spoke to Lerato about cancelling my contract after my call with the Lerato BOOOOOOM text message "Kindly note as per telephone discussion, your contract wont be cancelled, you will get 60 all net minutes for 3 months as a token of thank you from telkom" who said i want that, all i want is my contract to be cancelled. this month they debited money from my account this morning i switch on the router BOOOOOM no internet connection. who can i speak to, to get this matter resolved.
