TELECOM1023

In July and August 2023 we as a company were led to believe that we were going to get a free a listing with Telcom1023. Consequently we were billed R14 400.00 with them claiming it was in the fine print. I said to the person who initially called that I did not want to pay for any directory listing and she categorically assured me that it is a free listing. They badgered me and eventually I completed the form and sent it in. When I received an account I then queried and was told it is all in the fine print We are taking this up with the consumer council !!!
