Telecome1023 - Take down
Avoid Telecoms 1023! They are trapping businesses with unfair automatic renewals and constant harassment. We settled our 2024 account fully in 2025, yet they have handed us over to collectors again under a sneaky automatic renewal clause. We are not backing down this time. I am starting a Facebook group [Telecom1023 - not Telkom] to consolidate evidence and fight back collectively. They should note desirve a star at all!! My office lady received a call from form Telecom 1023 requesting a signature for a “Free listing” on 1023, however there were some Terms and conditions in very fine print which is highly illegible. The document was signed by her and sent back. Now we received an Invoice for R14 400 for a listing that we cannot find anywhere on a website called Telecom 1023. 1023 is supposed to be a free listing. This is *****! “Deception for personal gain”. We are now getting harassed for payment. Do not engage with these people. They are ****mers. If you’re being harassed to pay up, don’t. JUST DISENGAGE! And as always, no matter how busy you are, never, NEVER sign a document without reading the small print. The tinier the print, the more important it is that you read it. Ignore what a salesperson is telling you and focus instead on that teeny tiny print.

Tracy from 1023 Telecom is now copying and pasting from old forms into a new name Local services directory and uses a collection firm called Debt recovery SA. Seems they are now not only ****mers bit also *****sters. Just wish some law agency would get these people arrested.

Misleading Adverti*****t and Invoice of R14,400
We would like to formally raise a complaint regarding a misleading adverti*****t conducted under the name of Telkom. A company approached us claiming they were updating our business details on behalf of Telkom for advertising purposes. However, this information has proven to be incorrect and misleading. No clear billing structure or costs were disclosed at the beginning. After the supposed “update,” we were issued with an invoice of R14,400 for services that were neither properly explained nor proven to have been delivered. We have not received any evidence showing where or how our business was advertised. We consider this to be misrepresentation and we will not be making payment for services that were falsely presented under the Telkom name. We request that this matter be investigated urgently.

Starting as a "FREE" TELEKOM" service, but in their really fine print, bind you apparently in contract for a useless service which they also not really have to do according to their fine print. Very aggressive, Got NCM legal in coho, Sherriff Office in cohoots or **** agents that will blacklist you. Where is justice or Telekom to protect their name. Where do these snakes reside in WC?? please let me know!! R28 000 reasons to be de moer in.
