Telecom 1023 - Tricking people with a contradicting agreement using Telkom 1023

I was contacted by Mandy who advised that this was a free service for Telkom 1023 and a form must be completed. The form was emailed and I advised that I only wanted the free listing. She assured me that there were no charges. A month later we were contacted by Malusi and I advised him that the form was sent to them. He requested that we send the form in again. I queried the charges and he advised that it was to update information on the Telkom directory and there were no charges. I now received an invoice for R14 400.00 stating that it was for 7 lines of advertising at R1 200 per line. I sent an email stating that this was a free service and was told to read the clause 3 of the agreement. Under customer details it states this is a free service: Free Telkom 1023 entry but the small print contradicts this saying that it is not a Telkom 1023 free service. Please be aware of this and please advise if there is anyone that has paid these ****mers.
