Telecom 1023 Misleading consumers

I got a call from Lungisa, stating he sent a update form for the telephone directory to update our company details, I asked him if there is any cost involved where he stated no nothing after stating this he asked me when would he receive the paper back. I then completed the form and forward it back where after I received an invoice of R14400 I got a call from Jay Ann stating we must pay I asked for what and she advised for service rendered I said there is no way its misleading as the sales person said there is no cost. Now we have been handed over to NCM Legal Collection Ms Ntombifuthi Cynthia Mthethwe threatening with Credit Bureau I have just received a call from *** stating that we need to pay where he stated they are not affiliated with Telkom I even contacted Telkom and they informed me that they are posing as Telkom but is not I am at a loss I need urgent assistance in this matter as I took it on myself to complete the form as there was no cost and did not get permission from the owner to complete this form what should I do?
