Telecom 1023

Telecom 1023 offered me a free service. I just needed to update my information. Now 3 weeks later I have received an invoice for R 14 400.00 for a free service. I called them and was asked by Claudette why I had not read the fine print? Why did I sign a legal document? no one held a gun to my head!! I repeated that I was told it was a free service. I have repeatedly requested for the recording with the call center to no avail. They hold me responsible and will be handing me over to debt collectors. I have contacted consumer complaints and have been advised. Suppliers are not permitted to directly or indriectly, provide customers with false, misleading or deceptive representations regarding goods or services. This company is a **** and the only way they can get customers is to **** them. BE AWARE OF TELECOM 1023!
