We phoned telkom sa to change our email adress with them. The next moment they say they will send us an form to complete and i have to sighn. We did so after receiving a form, then they called us and said we owe them an amount of R14 400 for advertising on the web. We explained to them the situation but they insist that we pay even when we cancelled within seven work days. Now they want to give us a 50% dicount??
