Opportunists

I had a terrible experience with Telecom 1023 in Dec 2022 where they requested that I sign a document without explaining to me that there is an annual fee to be paid or that they will actually be providing service. When I requested call recordings they where rude and dismissive. They said that they do not record calls and asked me if I am illiterate for not reading the fine print. They said they will not deal with me any further and the company I work for (a non profit organization that serves the community) will be handed over. I am contacting the consumer council.
