SUPPLY SHOP IS A **** SHOP. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!
THIS IS A **** COMPANY! Do not order from them. You will never receive your order, or get your money back. I placed my order on 15 Jun 2026. When I enquired about tracking info, I was informed on 19 Jun 2026 that they have a lead time of 7-10 days. It is now close to a month since the day I have placed the order, and still no delivered order or any communication. ****** ****mers.

Swak diens
Ek het op 2 Desember by Supply Shop klere gekoop en diesefde dag betaal vir aflewering van R108. Daar was vir my in email gese dat dit vat 7-10 werks dae uitsluitend naweke en vakansie dae. Alles reg met my verstaan dit,aar ek het net email gekry van hulle het order en betaling gekry. ek het nou al gemail en whatsapp met order nommer en die bestelling maar tot vandag toe nie antwoord gekry of iets nie. Ek meen dit kos niks om net te antwoord nie en moenie vir my se dis nou hulle besige seisoen tyd nie want die fabrieke maak toe en alles. So ek wil graag weet my pakkie en alles wat gaan hulle doen omtrent dit ek het vervoer betaal vir 7-10 werks dae en dit raak nou 11 dae en meer? En ek sien hulle maak die 19 Desember toe en weer die 5 Januarie 2026 oop so wat nou van my pakkie wat al vroeg bestel en betaal is.

This is a **** company, I bought a some Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on their website on the 17th of November, up to today 15December nothing g has been received from them. No proper communication except that someone who works there called Morufa said it's been dispatched in the past two weeks but still nothing in my hands. Bear in mind the PPE was fully paid and is needed for work purposes. When l call,theg give me the run around and promises to call back which they never do.And when you call again next day same pattern happens.There is no escalation of the matter,except Receptionist-Morufa, then silence,Receptionist-Morufa then dead silence. Do t bother doing business with these people theg are a ****,now theg are sitting with my money and no PPE is in my hands and all is fine with them.on their profile .lm really not impressed with their behavior. Funny enough l also checked out the business reviews,they are very defensive when responding to customer complains,and some they don't even bother replying.
