Supply Shop.co.za-**** business

This is a **** company, I bought a some Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on their website on the 17th of November, up to today 15December nothing g has been received from them. No proper communication except that someone who works there called Morufa said it's been dispatched in the past two weeks but still nothing in my hands. Bear in mind the PPE was fully paid and is needed for work purposes. When l call,theg give me the run around and promises to call back which they never do.And when you call again next day same pattern happens.There is no escalation of the matter,except Receptionist-Morufa, then silence,Receptionist-Morufa then dead silence.

Do t bother doing business with these people theg are a ****,now theg are sitting with my money and no PPE is in my hands and all is fine with them.on their profile .lm really not impressed with their behavior. Funny enough l also checked out the business reviews,they are very defensive when responding to customer complains,and some they don't even bother replying.
