Yellow telkom

App**** for fibre on the 15th of Feb, it took them a month and a half to get the fibre installed. Then it took them three weeks to send a router that never worked. I was left with no option but to cancel the service now they do not want to release my fibre line to someone that knows how to do their job. With all the delays, it took them less than 24 hours to come and get their router once i cancelled. I call them everyday since feb, i had better service from telkom.
