Wrongful Billing

I have always recieved very poor service from these people. Now thy have my account suspended, reason being that i owe them. I don't owe them a cent ive been calling them so many times to explain to me how i owe them but nobody is able to tell me how i owe them and my connectivity remains suspended and the worse part of it I have paid for the August month.

Their agents keep on telling me they are cascading the matter up but nothing happens.

My kids use this for their school work now i look like i am failing them when in actual fact it is Supersonic's billing system that is in error.

I did all my top ups through their customer portal and there's no credit from this facility but they claim they have been giving me credit since August 2020 and that is impossible.
