Worst service provider - don’t waste your money

This is the worst service that I hav received. I have been with this company for under 2 months and I had to raise 2 queries. The consultant are frankly quite useless and the tech department didn’t help much. Yesterday I was on the phone for 55 minutes and nothing. Today I called to get my ISP number and I had to wait 20 minutes simply meaning that my call was not logged with Vumatel yesterday it was only done today. To add to the lies on Twitter they said there is a outage without asking me where I’m based and how could there be an outage when my neighbor has internet. When I raised this up they ignored my tweets.

To simply sum it up you will be sent from pillar to post for a query and no one attends to it. I intend on raising my complain with the Ombudsman because this is deplorable to put it mildly.
