Worst service i ever experienced

If anyone want to install wifi dont use supersonic they are just a waist of time if you contact them for a problem you you sit more than a hour on the phone waiting on assistance i switched my account over to debit order so i dont have to reconnect evey month but still they debit more R500 but they suppose to take R400 but still no wifi as soon as they debit then the wifi goes off then i must go through the same process over and ovef
