Worst service ever!!!

The worst service ever!!! No one can help staff is ***********. I received an invoice last week for the Amount of R624 and out original amount to pay is R399. When I queried this they said the amount is wrong and I never should have paid that. The money I paid is not so much the issue but I don't have internet access for almost a week and u over paid. I was helped by a lady Ayanda who just put me through to another person that also don't know nothing. I then spoke to a second lady tendeka who refused to give me her email address saying that she is not allowed to give it. When u ask to speak to a manager she said there's no manager she's working from home how pathetic is that I still don't have internet access!!! Want to cancel but can't even do that. I won't recommend this to anyone
