Worst Service ever!

About a month ago, I app**** for the service. They sent out techs to install the cabling. For 3 weeks I have been waiting for the router to arrive. All the call centre agents can say it's on the way by RAM couriers. Worst service ever! I am going to cancel the contract as soon as I can get hold of a agent.
