Worst Service, Empty Promises, Just take money - Delete Delete Delete

I joined supersonic at our old Address and was assured by the salesperson that when we move to the new address in 3 months, we can take the fibre with us at no extra charge. When it came to moving i phoned them and gave the address again, to be sure, and was advised that all was in order. We moved in and i asked them to come in and set up, only to be told that they did not cover that area, even though we moved 500 meters away. I then was advised they would be in the area in the next month. Believing them, i waited. When i followed up they said they cant help me.

I asked them to suspend my account and not charge me for a service i cannot use, however, like clockwork, they debit my account. I cancelled with them and got a much better service provider who signed me up and i had Fibre within 4 days. They then want to charge me nearly R4k for cancelling and still continue to debit my bank account. I have incurred bank charges and have tried blocking them on my bank, but the sneaky ******s change the amounts and debit anyway.

This is the worst ISP service provider by far, full of promises and yet no action. They lie to your face. Easy to sign up, but very difficult to get rid of, they are like a bad cold.

I will not be going with this provider ever again, and will advise people going forward NEVER to consider this ISP.

Better the devil you know.
