Worst service @ SUPERSONIC

I must say again supersonic service ia pathetic...after i wrote on this pagebi had a cinsultant calling me for the delivery of a new sim card..i received the sim card and not working still ...again i called the customer service , the lady who assisted me told me they dont a an Employee by the name of Chris who is the guy who called to resolve my issue..ive been chatting on massanger with a ghost who still cant assist me...i told them to keep the money i payed last mnth and i will keep their router. And we are approaching my debit date..SUPERSONIC DONT DEBIT MY ACCOUNT I CAN NOT BE PAYING FOR SERVICES I DONT USE..THANKS I HAVE LOOKED FOR ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER.
