Worst service

Worst worst service ever.. don’t owe them money and have never owed them money… no internet for more than 2 weeks call them every other day they tell u to do the same nonsense and escalate till today no internet is working up and down.. I pay for a 50 meg line but my ping is sitting at 18ms upload at 16mbps and download at 18mbps. Keep in mind I stay in Midstream where’s probably the best coverage.
