Worst post sale service

What a mission to cancel my subscription with you. And only because i am having to cut down on costs. Now you want to debit my account with R4 129. Supposedly for claw back fees, because i cancelled with you after 12 months, you say i signed a 24 month contract, but when i signed up with you it was a month to month contract. Not a happy customer at all, you are very good at misleading and lying and *****ing from the consumer, you should be ashamed of the way you handle business and treat people, especially now during COVID times. I called to sort this matter out early this morning and its now 8pm, and still no phone call back.
