Worst internet service

Supersonic is the worst company when it come to client service. My internet has been down since Sunday, 2 August 2020, and up to date recieved two reference tickets, a lot of empty promises and still without internet. I have used hours of cell airtime waiting and everytime had another operator giving me another story and promises. This afternoon I was told to get in touch with the Technical department myself, so much for client service. I am paying for internet that is not working.
