Worst internet ever

They don't deserve a single star. Last month I did not have internet for 5 days whilst they blamed frogfoot but surprisingly my neighbors who are using Afrihost on a frogfoot line were all connected. This morning at 8am I called because I had no internet, went through all trouble shooting steps and was promised someone will call me back... Im still waiting. I have made 4 calls all lasting more than an hour but nobody has answers, my neighbors have no problem with Afrihost. I'm done with these guys
