Worst customer support ever

I signed up with supersonic and what a mistake it has been it has cost me hundreds of Rands in airtime and time wasted +-45 min a call and still my problem with the fibre is not rectified this has been ongoing since the 7th of December everytime you call youust explain the same thing over and over and nothing gets rectified they promise to call back and that is also useless stay far away from this provider.
