Worst customer service

In the begining of April i requested a downgrade from 200gb @R599 to the 60gb @R249. They debited my account with R599 and gave me 60gb, i have been struggling to fix, that whatsapp agents are useless, they keep telling me "your ticket is with the finance department will be credited to your account next week, next week has gone and i am still waiting.

I regret not listening to the warnings here on Hellopeter.
