Worst account department I've ever experienced

Got my first account and paid EFT for two months then filled in their debit order mandate. Wasn't debited month end so I continued eft payment. Two months down the line they debit my account 1April for the amount when I started mid November. Technical issue from their side and in still waiting for my refund
