Wors service ever thanks superbad!!!!!!!!

Hi supersonic is really bad and do not know how to fix fiber problems. I have been waiting more than a month to get my fiber activated. The send me a router with sim card to help but that they cant even activate. I am going to lose my job because i cant drive up and down to do my online work. I realy want to chane providers they are the worst when it came to service. THANKS FOR NOTING. Supersonic = SUPERBAD
