Why is my line not released Superpathetic

What the fudge.... we have cancelled our line.... 3 weeks ago... supersonic wound release our line.... we have been sitting without wifi for the last 3 weeks that supersonic has cut us off!!!!!! We have sent our cancellation nr everything!!!! Friday we get a call from supersonic to say out line has been released.... calling our new provider... they can’t do jack shoot.... for superpathetic has not released our line yet!!!! We are in a day that the kids need fiber to do school... not all schools are open to all grades yet!!!! My kids has missed so so much. Because supersonic “superpathetic” wouldn’t release our line!!!!!!!!!!! I cant take this anymore!!!!! Then they lie!!!!! To tell you okay all is clear and then its NOT!!!!!!
