Utterly poor service. I've been offline for 4 days and they just don't care. Need wifi for my Grade 10 daughter to write exams, but why would that bother them. Spent almost 2 and a half hours in 4 calls. Was told that my case was escalated, but that is just a line that they like saying over and over. Still waiting for them to help me.
