Waiting for 25 days for fiber installation.

I have been waiting for an upgrade to fiber. I am an existing customer that wishes to migrate to fiber. I have now been waiting for over 25 days now and I still don't have any confirmation day for the installation. The help-desk has been very unhelpful every-time I call they tell me that someone will call me to book a date for installation. This never happens. Tyrone Nidoo is the Project Manager assigned to my installation, I have not had on email or phone call from this person.
