Vumatel and supersonic service

. I have been trying to sort out my fiber line and get #Vumatel to come out and give me a quote on the installation that I need and I went through #supersonic who is my ISP provider for the last few month but you get to assistant from them , I am over the waiting period and still nothing , I have tried to get hold of them on numerous accounts and still nothing , I have told them to put my account on hold so many times from December last year and I still get an account that I am refusing to pay as I have not used their service as I relocated on the 1st of January, can any one help as this is a month down the line and no one has contacted me on any of the problems I am having . Worst service provider as they can't help with anything even when you do things the way they want you to still no service , supersonic is the worst provider ever
