Very bad service from Supersonic fiber

I think that the service from Supersonic is terrible. Since we joined Supersonic fiber we only had problems. We have a 50 up 50 down speed, and use to get more like a 5 up and 5 down line. I refused to pay until they sort the problem out, by saying that we are running a business from home. Today my line got suspended and I made payment on there portal. So from 1 this afternoon until now my line is still off, after calling them 5 times and sending proof of payment, my line is still off. I think this is poor service I would never recommend anyone to use Supersonic
