Utterly disgusted worst service to date

I am absolutely disgusted at the service levels recieved, not a single person in 3 months has followed up with a single query I have made, they have deducted 3 months of debits and have yet to install a wifi router, after trying to cancel I have been pushed from pillar to post and to date have tried communicating by whatsapp service, email and calls - I have requested management to call to confirm cancelation 3 x and have heard from not a single person as yet, I would stay very clear of a company that deducts debits but has not yet done anything
