USELESS TERRIBLE HORRILBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I'm paying R 1000 for uncapped internet but the connection is useless and horrible, the whole week connection shows below average i cant work nor perform my duties. today i called spoke to this lady called Mpilo Phiri she dropped the line twice and put me on hold almost 10 minutes said she will transfer the call because she caught feelings i was mad and frustrated how can i pay R 1000 but i cannot function due to terrible network. people like Mpilo dont deserve to work there she cant even handle an irate client i mean what do you expect the whole week without connection and im paying R 1000 do you think i will call and be nice MTN SUPERSONIC IS USELESS, MPILO PHIRI SHOULD NOT DEAL WITH CLIENTS IF SHE CANNOT HANDLE AND ASSIST AN IRATE CLIENT WHAT'S THE POINT OF HAVING A CALL CENTRE WHEN THEY DEBIT R 1000 IT GOES OFF WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS BUT THEIR SERVICE IS USELESS
