Useless Supersonic Call Egents!!!!!

Worst customer service ever. Called their call center about 30 minutes ago; we have not had connection the whole day. First customer agent instructs us to reboot for 10 minutes; no luck. Second agent instructs rebooting for 25 minutes; no luck. Third agent says there's a connection problem in the area, blatant lies! Fourth call is picked up a most rude agent ever! She put the phone down on me when I told her not to speak to me in that tone as what she was telling me was already done during the day. Tried to call and my call was just ignored. Warning to anyone who plans to sign up with these people!
