USELESS SUPERSONIC

Not even worth a 1 star. Useless & Bad customer service from supersonic its very appalling & beyond poor. No internet for weeks still waiting for the username & password. iv paid twice in a month & i am still waiting for the username & password. There are No levels to escalate issues everything is stuck with unprofessional call centre agents. Here’s my POP of the second payment & still no service. I could also attach POP of my 1st EFT payment. NO INTERNET But money Gone!
