Useless Supersonic

They don’t qualify for a star, the service is useless and the contact centre is not helpful at all. Don’t use Supersonic if you want peace of mind. I transferred to another place and I was told that my service will be up and running in 7 to 14 days. It took them 15 days to realise that Vumatel was not available in my complex, when the Metrofibre came to connect, I was told I would be up and running in 24 hours. When I called the next day, they advised that a router is been scheduled for delivery. When I call the call centre they advised that I have Vumatel and advised that they are escalating my matter. I am sitting without service while Supersonic is trying to establish wether I am with Vumatel or Metrofibre. Useless call centre agents, useless WhatsApp service. I don’t recommend it to anyone intact does anyone know if I can’t transfer without incurring costs.
