Useless Supersonic

I am beyond annoyed with the *********** call centre. I have been trying to get my services connected for more than a week now. Spoken to about 11 consultants and told a different story every time. I get promised that someone will call me back and never get a call back. I have spent so much airtime calling and getting no where.
