Useless service from supersonic

Suoersonic is a ****ty compony thwir communication skills is zero absulutely no customer service at all. I had a home roberry my router was stollen 3 weeks back. I have bern calling them everyday asking forca replacement. They saud they will send meca quote till today. Evryday i speak to an agent who tells my case is still in progress and i meed connection casue im working from. Im sobfruatrated with and will mot recommend them to anyone
