Useless service by Supersonic

Utterly disappointed with company that all it does it issues tickets ,does not do anything to follow up ,breaks all their SLA s and blames the service provider .Two weeks without internet and no end in sight . You get more service from any government agency than a listed company like Mtn .Proper useless especially that I pleaded with them that I work from home.Petrus like manager -never phoned back nor followed up .Company does not care ,they earn theirs salaries without doing any work just issuing tickets .
