Useless Service

Good day,

We logged a complaint that you need to refund my husband the R400 as your call center *****ed up and gave the incorrect information.

We received the following case number: CAS-133817-F7F3F3 and a person by the name Good Enough Mcube has been assigned to it

This is now going on since the 23rd of July and NO ONE is getting back to us!

This is the most useless service that we have receive EVER!!
