Useless customer service

I have been trying to get hold of somebody who can help me just with their bank details to pay my account as I had an issue with my bank account and all my beneficiaries has been deleted...the whatapp line is of no use as there is no automatic response even and I have wasted over R120's worth airtime as they cut me off...In other words my services is going to be cut off because THEY do not have anyway if getting into contact with me or visa versa...so what are their customers supposed to so waste petrol if diesel to drive there and get the same treatment of no communication???
