USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered LTE from Supersonic on the 5th of January, router was delivered yesterday the 8th. Great! Took three calls to their tech team to have it activated. Lost internet same day at 10pm. Logged a ticket on their stupid portal that has not been attended to. Still don't have internet. Their WhatsApp line is just as useless. It has not even been 24 hours and I'm already having a headache from this company. DO NOT TAKE ANY FIBRE OR LTE FROM SUPERSONIC!!!
