Useless annoying ********** company

So I ordered a router with supersonic it was delivered didn't work for a month or should I say never worked tried calling 1000 times on a second months was than told " oh the router won't connect in your area" was so angry mind you was going for third month with a router that not working I noticed that on my account they kept deducting, I than decided to cancel my subscription asked them to come and take their router and it was a long wait and a struggle they came. The router never worked a single day and they took it but I still see adeduction on my bank account and I wasn't refunded the nerve yooh supersonic uyimamba ngiyakwesaba!!!
