This Company does not care what happens to its clients. I have complained few weeks ago. The issue about a payment I made but no service has been rendered. I received an sms immediately thereafter, and it indicated that my fibre installation process is in progress and I was on day 7 despite the fact that I had paid about two weeks before. But did not mind their miscalculation of days. Another sms followed indicating I was on day 12. After this, a phone call from Phillip on the 10/02/2021 at 11:08 who indicated he will contact installers and come back to me the same day. We spent 8 minutes on that call. But I have never heard from him and I still do not have fibre. This Company and its partners are taking their customers for granted and the really do not care. Remember I paid them on the 17/01/2021. It is almost a month now, but there is no service at all and no movement from them. Yet my R395.00 has increased their Sales for the month of January and Vumareach has also been paid, using my money without any service rendered. Do they still need to be trusted? Trust them at your own peril. These are companies that should never be trusted at all.
