Unprofessional, *********** and Useless

Nothing Super or Sonic about this ISP. My girlfriend organized a migration from her previous flat to her current one. Supersonic informed her that they would be coming in 14 days (standard installation time). On the 14th day they emailed and apologized about the delay. She then proceeded to communicate via whatsapp (cause they can't pickup a ****ing telephone), where they told her that they had been trying to call her ****rue) to ask the previous tenant to cancel the line that was in the flat before her (there hadn't been any previous fibre installed into the new flat, and the flat has been empty for 2 years). Supersonic then proceeded to tell her that they're going on holiday from the 15th of Dec till the 10th of Jan, now we're supposed to wait a month for children to come off their undeserved holiday to get internet so we can carry on with our jobs. Moral of the story is that SuperSonic is just another wannabe ISP that doesn't have any idea what they're doing or saying.
