This company should close down. In these Covid times with most people working from home you would think that companoes that offer services pplf network will be speedy but not supersonic. My husband called to have fibre installed at our new address (which we have informed them of) and there is a waiting period of 14 days (which is nonsense) then we receive a phone call from a technician saying she wants to install fibre at our old address... Like really now where is the urgency in that, and we have payed them. Please refund us AS IN YESTERDAY. Now we have to search for another service provider as Supersonic did not inform Nepic of our instructions
