Unhappy Customer

This company has not paid my refund for over a month. I have received calls from their so called managers pertaining to my refund however to this day nothing has been done. At one point, i should collect the money from VumaTel and yet the money was paid into SupaSonic's account. I have made countless calls to this company and their call centre staff are not aware of any processes subsequently to that they cant refer to you to their superior. They have to log a call of which no one attends to. Im so ****ed at this company. They are getting away with my money and they know there is nothing i can do that will affect them. This is appauling to say the least. I'm an unemployed student who depends on their service in order to complete my studies and now they have taken my money.
