Unhappy client

As customer...I have been struggling with a payment link since Saturday.

I've been kept on hold for over 2 hours, when someone finally answered I was told he cannot assist me. When I asked to speak to his superior he told me unfortunately they are working from home.

Today when a lady answered agtwe inwas on hold for 1 hour 55 mins she put me on hold and cut the call on me.

I'm only looking for a payment link that's all bit one has to struggle.

Bad service I'm really unhappy with this
