Unfair customer treatment

The company does not value its customers. Service is poor. Dont even try to call on weekends.I have been without internet connection for three weeks and it happens frequently.Their non existence Call center is a waste of time. Calls are never answered. They don't respond to queries in their portal. I wonder if the company still exists. The only thing working is the debit order facilities.
